The webcam idea was better as an idea. :)Â The room was lit too low to allow folks to really see much beyond the first few feet, but still, it’s interesting to see a time lapse of about an hour at the event. You can see it here.

Upload your reunion pictures!
OK, I’ve create a generic user in our Gallery page. You can all use it to login to our photo gallery and upload your pictures. You can add captions, etc. By default, these pics are going into our Reunion album. I can move the pictures around to the other albums if you decide to upload pics of your kids, you at home, etc.
Here are the instructions:
Click on this link: http://bronxscience86.com/gallery/v/reunion/upload/ Now, click on the ‘login’ link at the top right of the page. The user and password are both ‘upload’. In other words, when it asks for your name and password, it’s the same thing: upload.
Now click on ‘Add Items’ on the left side and it will walk you through how to upload the pictures. Be patient if you’re sending many pictures, it will take some time to transfer.
Let’s see how this goes, it should be pretty easy, but I’ll help as much as I can from my side if needed.
Where’s the Alka Seltzer?
It’s over! I think without a doubt we all had a great time. We hit close to 200 attendees! That’s a lot of walk-ins. It was great to see and catch up with so many familiar faces. I was able to give out so many hugs and receive so many in return. That’s about all I needed man, it was just great.
Many of you asked, and I want to be clear: this website will not be going away. Consider this our common meeting ground. We have enough left over from the reunion money that the small amount needed to keep this site running in perpetuity for the next 10 years is easily done. And as long as I’m a nerd, I don’t mind investing whatever small amount of energy to keep it moving forward.
LET’S PARTY!
Today’s the big day! In a few hours, this blog will go offline for the evening. Why? Because we’re going to dedicate this site to a live feed of the reunion! If the internet god’s are smiling down on us, we’ll be transmitting video from at least one webcam at the event. You’ll also be able to CALL IN and talk with us. Get a head start and head over to Skype.com, download their latest client, and get ready to dial in. Our Skype account is bxsci86. Skype only allows one-to-one conversations, so if you do get on, don’t stay on to long, someone else may be trying to call in as well!
Last minute attendees
We’re coming down to the wire, so just to clarify for those of you that have been sitting on the fence: Yes, you can walk in to the reunion. Just pay at the entrance in cash, we will not accept checks, credit cards, etc.
Of course, being Manhattan, there will be ATM’s all around, so no worries if all you have is plastic. Just save yourself the hassle and go to the ATM before you come in.
